LMC FM won the Health & Safety Excellence Award - Facilities Management at the Health & Safety Excellence Awards 2025 earlier this year for its structured, technology-enabled approach to improving safety performance across client sites. 

The company’s deployment of enhanced compliance systems allowed real-time monitoring and risk mitigation, while targeted wellbeing initiatives supported employee and subcontractor safety. The organisation’s strategy delivered measurable improvements in incident prevention, behavioural engagement and consistency of standards across its portfolio.

Judges pointed to the strength of LMC FM’s governance framework, the integration of digital tools in day-to-day operations and the clear alignment between senior leadership and frontline teams. They highlighted the company’s methodical implementation of training programmes and the emphasis placed on sustained cultural reinforcement.

“LMC FM has demonstrated a strong commitment to workplace health and safety through the innovative use of the FLEX system, tailored compliance management, and impactful training programmes,” the judges said. “The ‘Yellow Road Home’ initiative stands out as a meaningful effort to reinforce leadership’s dedication to employee well-being.”

The company’s achievement reflects the rising standards across the programme, where organisations are increasingly recognised for embedding safety leadership, operational discipline and demonstrable outcomes into their management systems.
