US-based laboratory management platform SciSure has formed a strategic alliance with Safety Partners, an Environmental Health and Safety consultancy within Trinity Consultants Life Sciences, according to Business Insider.

The Boston partnership connects expert safety guidance directly into the digital systems research laboratories use for daily operations and inventory control.

The collaboration addresses a persistent challenge where laboratories engage specialist consultants whilst managing compliance data through disconnected spreadsheets, PDF files and standalone software that cannot exchange information effectively.

Jon Zibell, VP of Global Alliances at SciSure, stated the partnership eliminates barriers between expert advice and operational systems, enabling compliance activities to occur within the environment scientists already use for research workflows.

Jennifer Reilly, Managing Director of Safety Partners, explained the integration delivers safety expertise through digital channels that reduce administrative burden whilst maintaining rigorous compliance standards. The model combines 30 years of regulatory navigation experience with platform-based delivery.

Safety Partners' consulting officers now deliver Environmental Health and Safety programmes through the SciSure system, providing clients with unified access to training documentation, inspection records, chemical inventories, safety data sheets and equipment maintenance logs.

Philip Meer, CEO of SciSure, stated laboratories consistently request EHS capabilities within their core research management platforms rather than separate compliance systems. He noted the partnership satisfies that requirement by embedding expert guidance into familiar digital environments.

The SciSure platform consolidates electronic laboratory notebooks, laboratory information management systems, inventory tracking and environmental health and safety functions. Safety Partners brings regulatory expertise developed across life sciences and high-technology manufacturing sectors.

For Safety Partners clients, the collaboration introduces digital delivery that consolidates compliance activities whilst maintaining access to specialist knowledge for complex regulatory scenarios.
