Irish homecare provider Connected Health has appointed two managing directors to lead its operations, marking a new chapter in its rapid all-island expansion, according to Belfast News Letter.

Lorraine Corr, based in Lisburn, will head Northern Ireland operations, while Rebecca Vogel Faulkner from Limavady will lead operations in the Republic of Ireland.

Lorraine joined Connected Health in 2011 as a part-time carer and has progressed through every level of the company. As director of care (NI), she led major Hospital-to-Home initiatives that reduced readmissions, freed hospital capacity and strengthened care management and compliance.

Lorraine said: "Having worked as a carer myself, I understand the challenges and rewards of frontline homecare. Leading Connected Health in Northern Ireland is a tremendous honour. My focus will remain on supporting our incredible care teams and ensuring every client receives the high-quality, person-centred care they deserve so they can live as independently as possible in their own homes."

Rebecca joined Connected Health in 2016 and quickly progressed through leadership roles. As director of technology and special projects, she led the award-winning Connexions platform and established the company's Living Lab for testing new technologies.

Rebecca said: "It's a privilege to lead Connected Health's continued growth in the Republic of Ireland at such a pivotal time for the homecare sector. We have a clear vision — to deliver smarter, more compassionate care using innovation that empowers both clients and carers."

Ryan Williams, CEO, said: "Rebecca and Lorraine's appointments are a proud milestone for Connected Health. While women make up the majority of Ireland's homecare workforce, they remain underrepresented at senior levels across health and social care. Both managing directors have risen through the organisation on merit — through talent, hard work and innovation."
