Reddy is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, with experience in the highly safety-regulated industries of mining, construction, and light rail. This experience encompasses both hands-on control of health and safety activities in the field and the management of health and safety at all levels of an organisational structure.

As Head of Rail Safety & Occupational Health and Safety at Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), Reddy is responsible for the integration of rail safety, and health and safety into the planning, construction, and operation/maintenance of TII’s public transport and infrastructure projects. He is also responsible for all aspects of occupational health and safety management within TII.
