Jennifer started her Health and Safety Career whilst working for an IT company in Australia. Upon her return to Ireland in 2011 she became employed on a large Pharmaceutical Construction Project in Dublin and she remained working in Construction for the following 8 years, advancing to European H&S Manager overseeing the construction of Data Centers in Sweden and Germany. 

In 2019, Jennifer moved into the Manufacturing field and is currently the Health and Safety Manager in ARYZTA Ireland, a food manufacturing and distribution centre. 

Jennifer specialises in employee wellbeing programs and the benefits these have in creating an employee led positive safety culture.
